COPYRIGHT OF DESIGNS:

You are responsible for ensuring the designs, instructions and artwork you submit do not infringe the copyright or registered trademarks of others. Specifying branding guidelines and ensuring they are met is also your responsibility. We will do all that we can (we encourage you to email us brand guidelines in advance) but cannot guarantee that, given the constraints of embroidery design, tightly prescribed branding guidelines can be matched.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Diligent Digitizing will attempt its best to provide accurate and timely orders. However, final responsibility is on the buyer and Diligent Digitizing will not be liable for any consequential damages arising out of delay or inaccuracy.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Diligent Digitizing will bill the customer after the order has been completed and delivered. Orders will be billed as quoted price or, if quote not requested by customer, based on stitch count or price mentioned on our website. Special pricing may be given for bulk orders. We accept payments by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal.

REFUND:

We aim for right-first-time. But if you are not satisfied with the result then we ask first for an opportunity to make revisions. If we could not resolve the design to your satisfaction then you will obviously receive a refund. Diligent Digitizing offers 3 days money back guarantee if customer is not satisfied.

CANCELLATION:

Diligent Digitizing deserves all the rights to cancell any order at anytime. We also reserve the right to refuse material that is deemed inappropriate or offensive (discriminatory, defamatory, libelous, obscene etc.) at our discretion.

SHIPPING

Majority of orders placed at Diligent Digitizing will be delivered via email or uploaded on the Diligent Digitizing website. If physical delivery is requested, air or ground courier will be used. Delivery charges will be added to the customer’s bill.
